Oracle Applications Cloud Service Entitlement and SR Template now available for “Manage Password Policy”

Please note the availability of a new Fusion Cloud Service Entitlement and Service Request (SR) Template for managing password policies.

    This new Cloud service:

    1. Is effective immediately and applies to all Fusion Cloud Services: HCM, ERP and Sales Cloud.
    2. Formalizes the service definition, policy and process for a customer to manage its password policy. (Note: This service does not apply to Fusion Cloud customers using single sign-on.)
    3. Allows a customer to request a change to one or more of the following most commonly requested password policy attributes:
      • Password Expiration
      • Password Special Character Minimum
      • Password Maximum Character.

Customers can log a service request using a new SR template available via My Oracle Support (MOS). Select option to “Change Password Policy” via the Problem Type, “Hosting Services – Server Issue.” See screenshot below.
