    Hi Gurus,

    We are trying to implement the OSvC KB in our corporate portal. (Note: We don't have license for Advanced KB). Is it possible? I have checked the Rest API doc where I can find the Create, Delete, Query Answers using Id and ROQL.

    You can use the syndicated knowledge widget as Carl mentions.

     

    If you have needs beyond that you can use the GetContent and GetSearch operations of the knowledge connect API http://documentation.custhelp.com/euf/assets/devdocs/unversioned/Connect_KFAPI/Default.htm

      The syndicated knowledge widget was created for that purpose.  You can supply search terms to the widget and it will return the top answers for those terms inside your corporate portal.
