In order to define the DFF in the Procurement Agents page follow the steps below:
      1. Navigate to Manage Descriptive Flexfields
      2. Query on the Name "Procurement Agents" and click on Search
      3. The Flexfield code is "PO_AGENT_ASSIGNMENTS".
      4. Create the required fields and save it.
      5. Deploy the flex field.
      6. Navigate to the Procurement Agents page
      7. Click on Create/Edit
      8. The Descriptive Flexfields will appear under the Additional Information section.
