    Title:
"no such table: sessions" From Rest API Oracle Service
    Content:

    Hi guys,

I want to retrieve "sessions" or "categories" table's data using Rest API end point.

I have tried to retrieve that data with help of query parameter but getting error in response("This query is not supported: no such table: sessions").

But I am able to see that tables in data dictionary.

so please suggest me way or end point to retrieve that data.

    Thanks.

    Version:
    v1.3 of REST API

You can use the docs for the SOAP or CPHP APIs to get some more info about ROQL queries.  Neither Sessions nor Category tables are exposed as objects or managed tables through ROQL.  Categories can be queried as a NamedID through the parent object related to a category (i.e. ServiceCategories are attached to incidents).  You can probably create reports to give you the data sets that you want as well.  Then, rather than using ROQL, you'll call the analyticsResults method in the REST API (it's different if you're using other APIs), which will return the data that you're report can find.
