    Title:
Historical AP Aging by Balancing Segment
    Summary:
Historical AP Aging by Balancing Segment
    Content:

    Oracle World,

We seem to have an issue with current AP Aging Report.  As I write this on 24-Aug-18, I don't see the capability within the Payables Invoice Aging Report to generate an historical AP Aging (what was outstanding at 31-Jul-18 or some other period) nor does it have the ability to sort it by Balancing Segment.

Doesn't it seem unrealistic for audit purposes not to be able to run an AP Aging on a specific date or to sort by Balancing Segment?

Please let me know your thoughts.

    Thanks!

      Mark,

We have a Payables Supplier Aging report that has an As Of Date parameter and allows for an account range that might meet your needs,  Have you looked at that one?

      Becky,

Thank you but I do not see the report called Payable Supplier Aging listed under Scheduled Processes, should I look somewhere else or does this report have to be set up somehow for me to see it?

      Becky,

I follow the link above, it opened to an AP document.  The report called Supplier Balance Aging Report does not appear in Scheduled Processes either.

Any insight as to why these reports are not visable?

It is called Supplier Balance Aging Report.  See Screen Print

      Mark,

It was released with 17B (so last summer) and according to the What's New there aren't any setups required it does mention that it is controlled by the same privilege as the Submit Invoice Aging Report so if you can see that report you should be able to see Supplier Balance Aging Report.

Thanks, I'll have to ask my consulting team, that report does not show up.
