    R13-19C Import Costs not generating a report

    Run Import Cost from PFM or Schedule Processor...Import Costs runs and we selected the detail report but no report is generated after Import Costs runs to succeeded.

    Has anyone else seen this on 19C?

      Kim - Are you talking about the PDF report that is associated with the Import Costs: Generate Output Report? 

      I am able to pull up the report when I run the Import Costs process myself even after the 19C updates

      Our external Payroll transactions are loaded by a "generic" user we created to allow our central IT to load these transactions automatically.  The process they use to load the transactions takes all of the reports that are created for this process and puts them in zip file which is put on a shared drive where users can pull up the reports.  After one of the quarterly updates, this process was no longer able to pull in the PDF report into the zip file.  We have to use the xml file to verify all transactions were loaded.
