    I want to create channel  integrating with WhatsApp.

    or any idea how can we use whatsaap with ODA.

      Subhajit,

      We can support WhatsApp as a channel if the end customer is approved by Facebook to have a WhatsApp Business Account ("WABA"). They will also need to run a webhook proxy but we can supply a sample proxy server to make that much easier. There is some manual configuration required that the ODA product management team need to do to complete the set up, so once your customer has the WABA we should set up a call to describe the next steps.
