    Hint text not appearing since update to May 2017

    I have a policy model deployed, and I just deployed a minor update right after the May2017 update completed - added the start over button to the end.

    Since deploying, the hint text doesn't show.  It's still in the model.  I haven't found a setting that affects it.

    Has anyone else seen this problem?

    We have a vendor in here today that already has August 2017, and it appears to be fixed in that version, so I am going to request an update.

      Which control type?  Latest version or August 2016 interviews?

      Text boxes - Styling > Version is currently set to "Latest version".  I don't see any settings that allow you to globally or individually disable hint text, and like I said, I can still see it in the interview setup.

      Is this a multi-line text box?  Hint text for a multi-line text box in latest version style interviews should be addressed in a future release.

      Yes, at least some are multi-line text.  I didn't check yet, but I don't think it uses hints for the single line text boxes.

      So, I assume that I have to go back to the old style?  That's OK in this case, I think.  Thanks!

      If you can share a screenshot of a single line text box with configured hint text that is not showing up, we might be able to help diagnose further.

      Verified - I got updated to August 2017, and it is definitely fixed.
