    Content:

    HI All,

We have activated Digital assistant and we are not sure how to link Oracle Fusion with Digital Assistant.

Can anyone who has implemented ODA with Oracle fusion please help me out.

    Thanks,

      Sanjay,

The HCM skills have been temporarily been moved into Controlled Availability status while we sort our some infrastructure improvements. The documentation on how to set them up is still available as an Oracle Support note.

        Hi Martin,

Thank you for sharing the link. We are part of early adopters program and we have received a welcome email asking us to activate the subscription. When we try to activate its asking us to create new account.

        1. We are currently a HCM customer, do we have still have to create a new account?

        2. Digital assistant is a PaaS solution or a SaaS solution ?

        3.  How do we integrate ODA with HCM ( SaaS solution) ?

        Any help is greatly appreciated

        Thanks,

        Sanjay Kalingu

        Hi Martin,

The White Paper attached to the above link mentions the following on Page 5 regd the HCM Skills "It’s generally available in 19C."

Since the White Paper is from June-2019, is it a correct understanding that things have changed and as of now the HCM Skills are moved to Controlled Availability status?

        Regards,

          Gaurav,

as I said earlier, we are making some infrastructure changes so the HCM team are temporarily controlling the availability of the prebuilt HCM skills. If you have a customer project I would reach out to the HCM team to discuss best way to proceed.

       1. We are currently a HCM customer, do we have still have to create a new account?

Yes, ODA currently requires a OCI Account in which to configure and set it up.

      2. Digital assistant is a PaaS solution or a SaaS solution ?

Does it matter? It's an Oracle Cloud solution built on Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure.

      3.  How do we integrate ODA with HCM ( SaaS solution) ?

Please review the white paper I shared with you earlier. That explains how to set up the HCM skills.
