    Hi All,

    Can we create a scheduled maintenance within field service, where every two days in a week it should be assigned to technicians.

      Hi DIlip,

      You can use the concept of mass activities in OFSC. It should help in meeting your business need

      You can create recurrent jobs in OFSC. You also can make this job a mass activity, so that many technicians will get copy of this activity. 

      OFSC will create a copy of this activity according to the schedule (for recurrent activites) and the resource list (for mass activites) .

      The only thing - OFSC does not route these activities. But this is good if technicians are already known.

      If it's required to route these activites, then an external system should create all the required copies of the activites in advance as non-scheduled and  fill SLA start and end for these activites. Then OFSC would be able to route these activites.

      Often customers have a middleware logic that creates new maintenance activity upon completion(or even assignment, or cancelation) of previous activity instance.
