Is it possible to make Subinventory Field Mandatory based Destination Type=Receiving on Receipts Page
    Content:

    Gurus,

We have a requirement where we want to show quantities in Receiving Sub-inventory if my destination type = Receiving. The only way we can do this, I think, is if we make the sub-inventory field mandatory. Is there a way to achieve this through page customization? Any pointers on this are highly appreciated

    Thanks,

I spoke to our development team about this.  They said that is may be possible but they didn't recommend it.   The current page looks at different conditions and mandates the subinventory by clicking the create receipt button.  If your custom logic overrides that the current code does -  there may be issues.

Thanks Lynn for checking this out for me with development!

Could you please let me know how this can be setup? I just want to show it to the customer and see if it even works for them.

Appreciate you help in this matter

I have attached a general white paper on Using Page Composer with Inventory Management.

      Lynn,

Looks like you attached a white paper for OTBI instead of Page composer

Could you please attach the correct white paper?

Sorry about that.  The correct one should be attached now.   In addition, Page Composer should have standard documentation that you can review.
