    I cannot get logged into my Customer Connect account, and now its requiring that I create a new one.

    I cannot get logged into my Customer Connect account, and now its requiring that I create a new one. I should be showing as a Silver Medal member, but all of my rewards are gone, and I cannot figure out how to get logged into my old account. Please help!

      Hi Philip,

      I think the issue was related to the change in your corporate email address. Some changes have been made to your account to fix it.

      Can you please check and let us know if it has been resolved.

        Hi Hemal,  I have just changed company and logged into customer connect and have lost all my network, badges etc.  can you confirm how I can resync to my old account?  Thanks Zoe
