How to set default accounting period in Account Monitor?
    Content:

Currently, when we use the Account Monitor under the General Accounting Dashboard, when switching between different monitors, they default to an old accounting period.  I have not been able to find how to change which periods these default to.  This can cause confusion if a user is looking at data they believe to be current, but have not realized is set to an old accounting period.  We are using Fusion Financials SaaS/cloud release v9.

If you have information as to how to go about this, I would greatly appreciate any feedback.

      Hi,

I understand it's been a while since you posted this, but I'm having the same issue. For certain Data Access Sets/Ledgers, it jumps to the first open period of the year. This is fine.

However, for one specific data access set, it keeps jumping to January 2019 (which is closed).

Anyone has any idea what drives this default Period field?

      Thanks.
