    Please note that starting with Release 13, our service entitlement policies have been revised regarding Concurrent and Monthly Maintenance Opt-in SR deadlines.

    Revised Deadline to Submit Service Requests for Concurrent and Monthly Maintenance Opt-in

    Please note that starting with Release 13, our service entitlement policies have been revised regarding Concurrent and Monthly Maintenance Opt-in SR deadlines.

    Service Requests (SRs) must be logged by 17:00 US Pacific on the Friday 2 weeks prior to the first Friday of the month in which you want to start, extend or stop maintenance.

     

    Deadline during 2018 Holiday Season: The deadline to submit SRs for Concurrent and Monthly Maintenance Opt-in changes in December is adjusted by one day.

    For a change to take effect in January 2019, the December 2018 deadline to submit SRs is 17:00 US Pacific on December 20 instead of 17:00 US Pacific on December 21. 

    We will resume regular deadlines after the holidays as outlined in the documents below.
