    Title:
'PageSetMapping' error after upgrade 2.x to 3.x
    Content:

    Hi there,

I am having issue with deployment after RN upgrade from 2.x to 3.x.

Recently I have upgraded the framework from one of our site which was running on CP 2.x version. Everything went well in development mode and I kept the customisation from version 2.x.

When I was trying to deploy new framework + my changes to staging I am getting following error msg.

Fatal error: Class 'PageSetMapping' not found in /cgi-bin/gamesys.cfg/scripts/cp/generated/staging/staging_01/optimized/config/pageSetMapping.php on line 5

I had a look in all folders and noticed that file pageSetMapping.php is in development config folder but it is not in staging. I believe, it is because the staging is the read-only folders, so the file pageSetMapping.php has not been copied to staging config folder.

Is there any way how to get this file in?

I also tried to remove this file from development to see what will happen, the error disappeared but I lost all my customization changes what I have been created before.

Any advice how I could deploy new framework + my custom changes to staging and live would be more than appreciated.

    Thanks a lot,

    Ingrid

      Ingrid,

You could try staging just the framework version change and see if that succeeds, but you might want to reach out to Customer Care for this kind of issue.  You'll probably have more success with someone who can diagnose specifically what is happening on your site.

      Hi James,

      Thank you for your respond.

What would be the best way to contact Customer Care, please?

I am still having issues with deployment because of PageSetMapping.

      Thank you,

      Ingrid
