    Title:
    Enable/Disable MOD_COBROWSE_PREMIUM_ENABLED
    Content:

    Greetings

We have Co-Browse available in our site.

How can I enable or disable MOD_COBROWSE_PREMIUM_ENABLED and/or MOD_COBROWSE_ENABLED if it is not available in Configuration Settings?

    Version:
    Service Cloud

    Hi Niven,

You can update Co-browse with the Configuration Assistant:

    https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/7537/kw/Configuration%20Assistant

That will address the issue you posted earlier with the deprecated version no longer being supported.

    Thanks!

      Hi

Did you solved this issue?. After logging to configuration assistant also I didn't see any option to enable MOD_COBROWSE_PREMIUM_ENABLED and/or MOD_COBROWSE_ENABLED.

      Thanks,
