Try for Data Model Diagnostic --> Login into XMLPServer, goto Administrator Properties under Runtime Configuration and set Enable Data Model Diagnostic to True.

      This might help you.

      Thanks,

      -Sudha.

      Hi ,

You can enable the at the ESS Job definition level. Go to the specific job definition, click 'Show more' in the header. Then choose the Database Trace LOV.

But to access the Log generate you need to have a specific role(kind of Admin) , I'm not sure about it.

      Thanks,

      Madhu

Thanks, Madhu for your advice. I tried this option. But, I could not find a way to access to the trace file.  I have "Applications Implementation Consultant" role and this role looks like has most of the BI admin roles assigned.

          Hi -

I came across the same not too long ago when trying to enable and access trace files. I use the Application Implementation Consultant role as well for BI content, however I needed the Application Administration role (or Application Implementation Administration should work too) to access the log.
