    Title:
    Fusion Mobile Expenses with SSO
    Summary:
Trying to implement Fusion Mobile Expenses with SSO
    Content:

    Hello,

Has anyone had success with implementing and using Fusion Mobile Expenses IOS app with SSO? We have been trying for months now and no luck. We are just not able to make a successful connection. We are working with Oracle Support but they have not between to help us yet. Any information will be highly appreciated?

    Thanks,

    Neelam

If you are on R12 use STS and the host URL is your instance URL and the STS URL is your ADFS SSO URL. We have R13 in Test now and can only get the SSO tab to work to login. The mobile app support leaves a lot to be desired and is a frustrating experience for end users.

I agree. It is not an easy ride. We had to go through a lot of SRs to get it working. We are on R13 18A and are live with Fusion Mobile Expenses with SSO.

      Thanks, Bala.

Neelam, what is your SSO provider? We have Okta and ADFS and were able to get the app to work with SSO.

        Hi Bill,

We have ADFS as well. In the latest Mobile app, there are three connection options : Basic, STS and SSO. DO you use the SSO option? Did you have to have Cloud Operations perform some action for you? My understanding is that with the latest app, for SSO , no additional configuration should be needed. It is supposed to bring up the SSO landing page. We are getting a Page not found error.

        Thanks,

        Neelam

            Hi Bill,

You may have just resolved our issue. We are on R12 in Prod and Test. I was trying to implement this in test. We could never get this to work using STS and lately I had been trying with SSO, but I was never once told by support that SSO is only applicable to R13. We have one environment on R13. I tried providing the R13 URL and Bingo, it worked :).

We can now have a plan to implement this after we upgrade to R13.

For that useful tip, I will choose yours as the best answer!

            Thanks,
