If you search the documentation for "This site is not authorized for interviews on this channel", it appear in the "Embed an interview in another application" topic under the "Troubleshoot embedded interviews" subheading:

This site is not authorized for interviews on this channel

The site is not licensed for Oracle RightNow Universal Policy Automation Tier 3 Sessions and a user has tried to use a non-agent interview (that is, not a Service Cloud Agent interview, and not with the opauniqueuser parameter)

See Licensing information for Oracle Policy Automation Cloud Service and Manage user-based license compliance

    ...

Does the URL you are using the start the interview contain the "opauniqueuser" parameter?

We are not sure about the licence information. How can we check whether our OPA has Tier3 session or not.

You are right,we are not passing any opauniqueuser  parameter in the Interview URL. Can you please suggest how to do this?

        Thanks,

        Narendra

Thank you !! You are right. We don't have Tier3 sessions. Reached out oracle Sales rep and issue got resolved.

        Thanks,

        Narendra

Do you know who the sales rep is/was for this? Or the renewal rep? Or the CSM? These people should know, or be able to find out. Also, the exact SKUs purchased (e.g. Tier 3 sessions vs OPA Agent vs other things) would have been specified in the original Purchase Order.

Have you checked the dashboard? Does that indicate anything? (Log into cx.rightnow.com > "Business Success Resources" tile > My Usage Tile)

If you're seeing that error message, it suggests Tier 3 sessions were not purchased (as Brad says). Unless there was an error when provisioning the site -- unlikely, but could be confirmed by checking the order document to see if Tier 3 sessions were purchased.

With regard to opauniqueuser, there are some articles on this in the OPA documentation which can be found by searching on "opauniqueuser". For example:
      Manage user-based license compliance
Embed an interview in another application

      Cheers,
      Jasmine
