Hello All,
I have created interview and deployed the interview in OPA-HUB. but when I try to access interview, I am getting the below error.
I have enabled the interview for all my channels. Could you please help me to fix this issue ?
"This site is not authorized for interviews on this channel. Consult the documentation for more details."

Does the URL you are using the start the interview contain the "opauniqueuser" parameter?
We are not sure about the licence information. How can we check whether our OPA has Tier3 session or not.
You are right,we are not passing any opauniqueuser
parameter in the Interview URL. Can you please suggest how to do this?

Do you know who the sales rep is/was for this? Or the renewal rep? Or the CSM? These people should know, or be able to find out. Also, the exact SKUs purchased (e.g. Tier 3 sessions vs OPA Agent vs other things) would have been specified in the original Purchase Order.
Have you checked the dashboard? Does that indicate anything? (Log into cx.rightnow.com > "Business Success Resources" tile > My Usage Tile)
If you're seeing that error message, it suggests Tier 3 sessions were not purchased (as Brad says). Unless there was an error when provisioning the site -- unlikely, but could be confirmed by checking the order document to see if Tier 3 sessions were purchased.
With regard to opauniqueuser, there are some articles on this in the OPA documentation which can be found by searching on "opauniqueuser". For example:
