    Looking for the following settings and can't find within configuration within Oracle Service Cloud (Right Now)

    We are looking for these settings in order to do bulk API pulling of incidents out of our environment a we are over our storage capacity.



    PAPI_BULK_EXTRACT_ENABLED
    PAPI_BULK_EXTRACT_INTERVAL_ROWS
    PAPI_BULK_EXTRACT_MAX_ROWS
    PAPI_BULK_EXTRACT_PURGE_DAYS

      Hi Jason - these PAPI_BULK_* configuration settings are Hidden which means they are not exposed to customers within the administrative console.  To make changes to them, you can submit a Service Request to the Tech Support team here with your request - the values can be modified that way.

      Note: PAPI_BULK_EXTRACT_ENABLED is set to Enabled/Yes by default, so at a minimum, the Bulk Extract API feature should be operational in your environment.  Are you having an issue with it not working?
