Ability to have vendors submit their W-9 via a vendor self-service portal.

About Form W-9, Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. Use this form to provide your correct TIN to the person who is required to file an information return with the IRS to report, for example, income paid to you, real estate transactions, mortgage interest you paid, acquisition or abandonment of secured property, cancellation of debt, or contributions you made to an IRA.

We have attachments support in Supplier Portal as well as supplier on-boarding registration flows. Documents like W-9 can be added as an attachment which will be visible to internal users having access to supplier profile.

      Thanks,

      Piyush

Is there an option to enforce suppliers to upload attachments?

      Thanks

Once Suppliers are created and have access to Supplier Portal, you can communicate with them to upload required attachments. Or, there is an alternative if you have Supplier Qualification licensed.

With Supplier Qualification, you can create an initiative with questions where in you can enable attachments and make them required. Invite selected Suppliers to respond to the initiative and you will get the documents that you need from them.

Similarly, when a supplier is registering, you can enable questionnaire train stop with required questions with attachments and you can get documents needed. This will only be applicable to external registration (self-service registration).

      Thanks,
