    Title:
Instant App blocks conversation when the link is ignored by the user
    Summary:
Chatbot not responding when user doesn't press the Instant App link
    Content:

    Hi,

We have a problem with the System.Interactive component. The Instant app works as expected when the user opens the link provided in the conversation. The problem occurs when the user wants to ignore the interaction with the instant app by entering free text to the conversation (without opening the link). It seems that the conversation is blocked and the bot is waiting for a response from the Instant app to continue. Even if we add textReceived as an action, the bot is not responding to the user's input, if the user doesn't press the link.

You can see below the component used in the dialog flow.

I tried your code in my instance 18.4.3 version and seemed to be working fine.

can you please share the complete code snippet for state containing System.Interactive component. I donot see textReceived action in this state,it should have something like this..

          transitions:

            actions:

              textReceived: "intent"

              cancel: "SelectdateMaual"

            next: "setVariableappDate"

        Hi,

Thank you for your quick reply. We have updated the code above with some simple components.

We tested it again with these simple components. We have also tested at the textReceived action to have "detect" (flow detect -> translate -> intent).

However the problem remained the same in all cases.
