    Hello Experts,

     

    We have bought a trial cloud service account in which we are trying to use OIC to integrate with EBS on-prem.

    But currently the download Agent is not allowing to download and raised the SR also but as per the oracle support they dont support the trial account for both subscription and technical issue and informed to contact the Forums.

    So not sure if anybody has faced the same issue and what is the process of getting the download agent.

    We get the below message when clicked on download agent

    "Currently, downloading Connectivity Agent is not supported. Please contact oracle support to download agent. "

      Thanks Hemanth but we did raise the SR with the service account details and below is the response from the SR for the trial account

      "

      currently  dont support the trial account for both subscription and technical issue and informed to contact the Forums.".

      Any inputs on this will help us.

      For OIC, connectivity agent is available in controlled manner.

      Please raise an SR with your service account details. This will be enabled on your environment.
