    Title:
Select multiple (more than one) in survey question and path follows decision/case
    Summary:
Can multiple options in a question be selected and drive a path based on the options selected
    Content:

    Hi all.

Here's the situation: Question:  Which workshops did you attend?  Answer Options:  Workshop 1; Workshop 2; Workshop 3; Workshop 4 (multiple can be selected)

What we need to be able to do:

Can I/How do I set a path to get feedback on EACH of the Workshops attended (separate feedback per workshop required), depending on which combination of Answer options is selected? What we would like to achieve is a single feedback request that allows responses relevant to any and all workshops attended (see background below).

    For example:

Attended workshop 1 (easy) - path to WS 1 feedback question/s

But if "WS 1, 2 and 3" are selected, OR "WS 1 and 4"  OR "WS 1,3and 4" is it possible to set connectors to follow a path leading to feedback questions for the individual workshops?

I've played around with question/decision element/case elements with no luck to date.

Background: Until recently feedback was only requested per workshop, but this meant a separate feedback request sent to attendees per workshop; so, anyone attending more than one workshop received more than one request for feedback (survey overload and not a great customer experience at all, to say the least) ... a transactional mailing with weblink to the feedback survey is triggered by a separate (and authenticated) "I attended" via a separate weblink survey (check-in/register survey button). The Check-in survey 'adds to list' for the mailing [Hope that makes sense and if not, feel free to ask away for clarification].

Many thanks in advance. Any and all suggestion will be much appreciated.

    Cheers, Lisa

I think your only option is the workflow and decisions but the survey flow has to be sequential so you would have to have a decision point after each set of questions.

How about something like the attached workflow image.
