What is the aximum allowed MB allowed as attachment on a Payables Invoice so it still gets attached to the approval e-mail notification?

      See Doc. ID 1993649.1.

There is a setting which limits the size of attachments to email notifications.  The setting is defaulted as 1 MB.
If it is desired to have larger attachments with emails, increase the setting of the MaxSzeOfEmailAttachmentsInKB.

You may need to create an SR to have Oracle update the above setting.

      Hi Prithis,

I have attached much larger documents than that. Actually, just tested with a .CSV of almost 6MB and it worked fine.

A client reports that the approval workflow is doing weird things when an attachment of a PDF document was made of around 4MB.

The max size is based on the setting as described above and the max size is 10MB.  If the attachment file sized is larger than 10MB then the notification will not send as a physical attachment but as a link to the attachment.

10MB for visible on the Email, else a Link in the Email will take you to an URL to view all attachments.

However in the UIor in BPM (or Worklist) you will be able to see all attachments

In Addition there are 2 Profile Options that can assist : MaxNumberOfEmailAttachments and MaxSizeOfEmailAttachmentsInKB

After they are set, you will need to request a restart via SR

      Hi Jim,

You can find them Under the 'Manage Administrator Profile Values' for 'Maximum Number of Email Attachments Documents'

And for 'MaxSizeOfEmailAttachmentsInKB' you will need to work with Support to update the workflow config in the SOAInfra.

But you would need to work with someone from Support to assist with the required Bounces in both cases

      Hope that helps

        Hi Usman,

        1. I do not find the 'Maximum Number of Email Attachments Documents' under Manage Administrator Profile Values. Please post a screenshot.

        2. Does this mean I will have to raise a ticket even to just *see* what value the 'MaxSizeOfEmailAttachmentsInKB' is set to?

      Hi Jim,

Please see attached document for the requested screenshot

Also for the MAx Size yes it seems it is a SOA Level Profile. Are you Premise or in the CLoud?

If you are in the Cloud then Support has to help you with that. If you are on Premise then your Admin could assist you by updating Enterprise Manager

      Best Regards,
