We have 900 and plus supplier sites which have gone to inactive status and now we want to make them active.
We tried using the Supplier Site Import process and kept inactive date blank, but still, we are unable to make them active.
Any another process we should follow?
Any suggestions are welcome.

Sanket- What is the status of the Supplier & Supplier Address of that Supplier site? Make sure all are active.
Did you gave the update mode in the import sheet ? mentioned all the mandatory fields ?
Also did saw the log/output file ?
Thanks!
Karthik
Hi Karthik,
Thanks for quick response.
Supplier, Supplier address all are active.
Mode is update in the sheet.
All mandatory fields are entered.
Output log is successful.
Let me know do we need to mention future inactive date?
Any other inputs?

Sanket- After you import did you run Import Supplier site ? Did you got the pdf output ? It shows how many updated ?
Thanks!
Karthik
Hi Karthik,
Yes We run Import Supplier Site.
We tried with 7 sites, so pdf output shows 7 counts with hyperlink.
Still, wonder why Inactive date does not become blank. Any other method to update?

Did you have blank ? If yes then try to give NULL and update
Thanks!
Karthik
Hi I have tried with NULL,
But it is not accepting this value.
Load interface is getting fail.
