    Summary:
Issue in Bug Fix# 29763087 mentioned as Fixed in August Monthly Patch Documentation.
    Content:

Description of the Bug Fix# 29763087: You are able to submit a PO with 3000 backing requisitions successfully and the PO is going into an Open status.

Its not fixed as per our testing. As part of this, previously there was a limitation of adding only 500 lines from a single or different requisition onto a PO. However, as we understand with the bug fix, now users can put 3000 requisition lines from a single or different requisitions onto PO. But we are still able to add only 500 requisition lines onto PO.

Can you help if the understanding of the bug fix is correct.

This was posted in Self Service Procurement. I review this internally with Purchasing development and requested the customer to post this issue in Purchasing. Please take a look.

      Hi Aishwarya,

This bug pertains to the ability to automatically process up to 3000 requisition lines into a single purchase order and having the order go through approvals successfully. Are you trying to add the requisition lines from the Process Requisitions UI?

      Thanks,

      Ivan

      Hi Ivan,

Yes, we are trying to add 3000 3000 requisition lines into a single purchase order from the Process Requisitions UI.

You have mentioned this bug pertains to the ability to automatically process up to 3000 requisition lines into a single purchase order, is this through the webservice ?

If yes, can you pls help with the webservice detail.

      Thanks

      Aishwarya

        Hi Aishwarya,

I meant the ability to automatically process up to 3000 requisition lines into a purchase order using the touchless requisition to PO flow, when prices have been either negotiated by the requester or captured in the form of a blanket purchase agreement. It has nothing to do with web service.
