Report Using Procure to Pay Subject Area
A new subject area called “Procure to Pay Real Time” has been added to Procurement’s Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence or OTBI. You can use this subject area to create your own ad-hoc report.

Report on spend for purchase orders and their associated requisitions, invoices, receipts, and accounts using a new Procure to Pay Real Time subject area in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence(OTBI). It allows Procure to Pay reporting using metrics, attributes and dimensions for requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and receipts. This helps the organization to slice and dice the Procure to Pay data. With single subject area, buying organizations can now analyze data patterns and trends which can be used to drive decisions to monitor and improve the procurement process.

Please provide instructions where and how to upload these *.catalog files into OTBI or BI Publisher. Thank you for your help.

In OTBI, in your custom folder, click on archive/unarchive and it gives option to download/upload the .catalog files

      Hi Manavalan,

Are you able to fetch the receipt number from the analysis?

I would be interested to know if you find an answer to getting the receipt number in the analysis?

I found the field "Invoice"."Receipt Number", but in the queries I have written it does not display a value

This subject area is very valuable. We are attempting to join Procure to Pay Real Time to Invoice Transactions Real Time in OTBI in a dashboard to help buyers and AP specialists collaborate to resolve holds, but we are unable to successfully join the two subject areas (even though both have Invoice ID), for purposes of using master-detail channel interactions. Any advice?
