    Report Layout when Exported / Forwarded

    Good Day,

    I have been "fighting" this issue for several months and I'm at wits end.  I have created a report that I need to send on to other members of our organization (who do not have access to RightNow) for their review.  The report looks fine when I run it from the Admin Console (see attached Admin Console Report)

    But when I forward/email the report or export it to Excel I get a VERY different layout and to get the same layout for both I have to recreate the report and build the labels in the order that they need to appear in the exported report, I can not move the labels because it will have no effect on what is exported.  I have completly moved the labels around in the report so that the Admin Console is unrecogonizable but the exported report looks IDENTICAL no matter what I do the the labels positions in the Admin Console version.

      Hi Charles,

      I know it's been some time since this question was posted, but did you ever get an answer to this question?

      I'm having similar issues. The report I forward to an email address has fields in there, but no data assigned. I'm trying to figure out how to edit the forwarded email.
