    Title:
Difference of files between the test portal and the production portal
    Summary:
Difference of files between the test portal and the production portal
    Content:

    Good afternoon,

We have a client that requests changes to your web portal, and when checking in the Customer portal administrator we realized that there are a lot of changes between test and production CPI.

Is it possible to make a kind of test pass to production, to match both environments at the file level?

Is what we call a P2T possible for other Oracle tools?

What would be the scope of it, if possible?

Is there any protocol to follow to request it?

    Thank you.

    Hi Erlin.

I'm not sure if I understand the question correctly "Is it possible to make a kind of test pass to production, to match both environments at the file level?"

In OSVC you are able to create a refresh of your test site in the configuration assistant, which depending on your data center can be reached on
    https://ossc-gb.custhelp.com/hmsadf/login.jsp

In there you can refresh your test site. What that does is it will delete your current test site with all it's changes and creates a new copy of your production site.
If you are unable to reach the configuration assistant you are able to create an SR with Oracle to have your site refreshed (in the turn On/Off features)
