    Font Size Display Issues

    Hi - I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this strange issue. We have had agents report to us that their font size in the Incident Thread and response panes is extremely small

    I had been unable to re-create this behavior until today. In my test agent account, my font size is very small. if I pull that same incident ID up under a different user account, the font size is normal. Both of these accounts are using the same OSvC console. Please see attached screen shots to see what I mean. It appears as if the display is almost 2 font sizes smaller.

    The display bar is set to 100% in both cases. Any thoughts? I am pretty stumped.

    @Brian  - Did you tried to refresh local data cache or local settings?

      Suresh - I have not, but how would that impact the font displays?

      since you mentioned for other user account, font is showing normal ..maybe the effected user account has something to do with local settings....you can try that ..if not revert with your findings

      isnt it based on local machine windows settings for font size?

      @Suresh - I performed a Reset Local Settings on the problem account and the font size reverted to normal. However, that doesn't explain how it was changed in the first place as I made no changes. It just started displaying small at random.

      @Justin - I have two instances of OSvC running on the same workstation. if it were a local workstation issue, I would expect the behavior to be happening in both staff accounts.

        This issue happens to my team randomly on a regular basis.  It tends to happen to one or two random agents who shut down their computer and the issue shows up when they restart.
