The General OBIEE forum was originally targeted for Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS) customers only.

However, since we have opened up the community for Tech (PaaS and IaaS) members starting June 2018, we have reviewed the needs for opening up this forum for Tech members, and I am happy to announce that all Tech community members can now participate on the OBIEE forum as well.

If you still encounter any access issue, please email cloudconnect-help_ww@oracle.com.

      Hi Joel,

You will see the option to reply only after you log in to the portal. A recent change has been made to the portal where you can read some content without logging in.

      Hi all.

I am facing the same issue at the same Forum (General OBIEE) and I'm logged in. Not able to reply to any post.

Also, when I try to create a new Post I receive "403: Oops! Access Denied" message.

Should this be addressed by the Forum admin?

      Cheers.

      Fernando

Yes as @Fernando points out, the issue isn't related to whether or not I'm logged in. I am logged in but don't have to option to Reply to comments in the General OBIEE forum. In the Analytics Cloud forum, I do have the options available and can post replies there.

      Regards

      Joel

Member of the same club as Joel and Fernando: the "General OBIEE" forum is "read-only" for me. Looks like somebody at Oracle is playing with permissions in a quite random way.
