Reports Generated from Schedule Processes to be mapped to spring board
Reports Generated from Schedule Processes to be mapped to spring board e.g. GL Accounts Analysis

    Hi All,

Is there a possibility to map reports generated via schedule processes to the navigator and spring board?

Because if we enable this kind of frequently generated reports to the spring board or navigator, it will save navigation plus searching process names.

For example GL Accounts Analysis report.

Is this requirement achievable creating a page entry via sandboxes.

    Need your expertise support.

      Hi Achala,

So you want somehow to show only some particular job outputs in some common place?
Hmm... I think Scheduled Processes is the screen to go... And some enhancement should be requested for that particular form to be able to search jobs and handle related outputs in more efficient way.

by the wat...for many reports you could specify e.g. email delivery.
This could save possibly some time for searching the scheduled job outputs...

see screenshot for account analysis report.

But this option is not available for all the jobs.

You should check out the Financial Reporting Center.  The output for all reports generated via Scheduled Processes are available here, including your OTBI, Financial Reports, and other report output.  You can tag reports as Favorites for easy access.  Or the Recent tab shows you the most recent reports you've run or viewed.  There's even search and tagging capabilities. The General Ledger roles automatically have access to the Financial Reporting Center, but you can assign access to other roles as well.
