    Hello experts!

    For the "Upload Corporate Card Transactions" scheduled process, the message in the email notifications sent upon process success/warning/error  contains a UTC timezone, so it is requested that the text be changed to indicate that it is UTC timezone (it is not currently indicated and causes confusion).

    Please let me know your insights,

      Hi Isaline,

      Do below three changes and timezone will be syncs across the instance.

      1. Please go to manage administrator profile values search for FND_TIMEZONE and set right values for users.

      2. Also go to XLE_ENABLE_LEGAL_ENTITY_TIMEZONE set the value yes, go to manage legal entities and enter timezone there.

      3. Search for global Admin Preferences and set your timezone there.
