    Adding Custom Fields in BizTalk

    Hi All,


    I am new to RightNow Web Service, I Consuming the service from BizTalk.

    I need to add custom fields in web Service schema while mapping(BizTalk). I am struck to create new custom fields so I can complete mappings. I tried to modify the field default values but greyed out.

    I tried creating custom fields under contact




    Any help much appreciated !!!

      When I understand correctly you're stuck creating new contact custom fields in the OSC console ? If the options are greyed out this usually means your profile is not configured to allow access to that part. Ask the site administrator to change your profile.
