    Change the color of chat transcript in Agent chat work space

    Hi All,

    Is it possible to change the color of chat transcript. That is something like agent message in blue color and customer message in grey color in chat works pace

    Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any option to change that.

      Hi Karthik,

      Can you please clarify what you are referring to? the Dynamic Agent Desktop (DAD) or the Browser UI (BUI)?

      In the BUI both customer and agent messages are presented in a white background, the customer messages have blue font-colour and agent messages grey fount-colour.

      On the DAD, again both customer and agent messages are presented in black font-colour in a white background, the customer messages are presented under a light grey banner, and agent messages under a darker grey banner.

      You mean changing the background colour or the banner colour?

      Is it still not possible to change the banner color in the transcript control with the latest versions ?
