    The feature Mara has described as you must be aware is available in the Enter Requisition Line flow for Advanced Procurement Requesters. The expectation is that a regular requester is not required to be cognizant or have the ability to decide on his request decisions based on such details which is why the shopping flow does not entertain this today. I did have a question on where you had required to see this to begin with. Was it during the shopping flow and if yes, what are the business use cases.

      No, this is not possible in SSP.
      Users can see the on-hand quantity available in the select source window and in the source subinventory LOV.

      Thanks

      tks  Ashok and Mara.
      let me know if it is correct.

      a) If the user requests an item with internally orderable in the Self Requisition windows (screen 1 attached), the flow will choose the better Source organization based on the inter-organization parameters;

      b) And id the user uses the feature "Enter Requisition Line flow for Advanced Procurement Requesters", he can to choose the source organization and the subinventory;

      are both affirmations true?

      Affirmative on both assertions. Also on b) is where Mara's description applies. The user can actually see the available balance and then decide.

        Thank you, Ashok.
        I have the last doubt.
        is it possible to configure a source organization and a source subinventory default to a specific item?

      If your question is on the Requisition flows (as I imagine that is the discussion), then no. We don't have a mechanism to do that defaulting. The reasoning is that this is usually not something we decide at the point of requisitioning as stock placements and sourcing are more material handling flows and a lot of those decisions are made when the item is needed to be transferred internally for distribution. I am not saying this is not a genuine requirement, just pointing out some design considerations at the time.
