    Answers Not Displayed in Portal
    Content:

    Hello!

I have some answers configured in the RightNow but only a few appear in the Customer Portal, when I click on the link to display more answers a message appears "No results found"

I upload an image, is in Portuguese but I translate the message in the phrase above

    Best Regards!

Ok, having the answer visible in the search results by searching the id in the keyword field is your confirmation the answer is visible. It seems there is an issue with the widget. Maybe a filter configuration that excludes a newly created prod id.

When it comes to the 301 error code...

A *301 Moved Permanently* is an HTTP response status code indicating
that the requested resource has been permanently moved to a new URL
provided by the Location response header. The 3xx category of
response codes are used to indicate redirection messages to the client,
such that the client will become aware that a redirection to a different
resource or URL should take place.

Check this answer: What is causing the "Upload failed Moved Permanently" error when using CyberDuck version 4.5.2?

You have an incorrect VHOST name.  If you are using an alternate VHOST instead of the Primary VHOST, you will receive this error when trying to upload or delete files within the customer portal pages.

So instead of using your .custhelp.com in your webdav connection you have to use .yourdomain.com

Make sure that the status for your answers has been set to public and that they have been assigned to a product with end-user visibility. When using privileged answers make sure the contact signed into the customer portal has the correct access level applied to the SLA and that the SLA has been assigned to this user.

Create a report with prod_vis.enduser.id to be sure and make sure the visibility has been set to the correct interface.

Also, check the answer id for the answer not visible on the CP and perform a keyword search on the answer id
custhelp.com/app/answers/list/st/5/kw/11 (where 11 is the answer id)

If the answer can be found on your CP, the answer has been configured correctly. In that case you need to check which product it has been set for. If the product is a child level, be sure the parent is also set to visible.

Sure, I did this test and the answers id is ok, but I saw the error was report_id of all answers, I change this code and now when I try to upload this file the Cyberdyck WebDav print "unexpected response 301 moved permanently)" and I don't can change the file "list.php"

        Hello Sebastiaan

I got to upload the file "list.php" but when I put the "AcId" of my report do not show the answers/questions only the ID of each one answers. Do you know why this?

        Thank you.

Do you use answers.summary in your column?
