    Business Use Case:

    1. Plan Admin to view Rate Table Information

    Subject Areas used – Incentive Compensation - Rate Table Real Time

    Who can use this report (Roles) - Incentive Compensation Admin

           Enable Plan admins to view Rate Table in a BI Report so that they can verify the data after performing updates.

    A quick dashboard for Plan Admin. There are three reports and one dashboard prompt on Rate table.

    Report 1: Admin View – Rate Table Tier Rate Values

    As a Plan Admin, I want to see the rate table structure as dimension tier and commission value.

    Report 2: Admin View – Rate Table Assignment with Dimension Tiers

    As a Plan Admin, I want to create a BI Report that shows Rate table assignment information including rate table, rate dimensions, with the ability to filter based on Plan, Plan Component, and Performance Measure.

    Report 3: Admin View – Participant Rate Table

    As a Plan Admin, I want to create a BI Report that shows Rate table values including tiers and dimensions, with the ability to filter based on Plan, Plan Component, Performance Measure, and Participant so that I am able to verify Rate table updates made via IC FA.

    The prompt also allows you to refine the data based on your selections with “Rate Table”

    Who can use this report (Roles) - Participant/Participant Manager

    • Enable Participant to create a BI report and view Rate table information specific to his/her plan, plan components and performance measures.
    • Enable Participant Manager to create a BI report and view Rate table information along with tiers and dimensions for his/her team members who are participants in the system.

    Report Name: Participant/Participant Manager View – Participant Rate Table

    As a participant, I want to create and view a BI report, that shows Rate assignment by tiers and dimensions, as defined within my Plan component, so that, I am aware of the rates used in the calculation of incentives for every performance tier attainment bracket that are defined in the rate table.

    As a participant Manager, I want to create and view a BI report, that shows Rate assignment by tiers and dimensions, as defined within the Plan component and Performance measures, and which are mapped to my team members, so that I can compare and analyze their performance based on rate information.
