Is there a way to make the columns of a pivot table dynamic based on a table prompt? For instance, if there's a table prompt on CSW Step, I'd like the associated pivot table to only show the statuses that go along with the selected step.

I've included an image of how the pivot looks currently. I would like only the columns that contain data to display within the table.

    Thanks in advance!

      Hello Shannon,

The only way to accomplish this would be to put this analysis on a dashboard with a dashboard prompt with CSW step and status.  Then you can limit the csw status values by those selected in csw step.

      Best,

        Rachel,

That didn't seem to work. I removed my table prompt and added a listener to my analysis. I then created a dashboard prompt and a dashboard, but it is still displaying all statuses. I tried re-adding the table prompt to my pivot thinking that the system will know to pass the dashboard prompt value to the table prompt selector, but that only works once. If the user wants to view data for a new step, he/she has to re-run the dashboard. Any advice?

        Thanks!
