How can PMO director see all the projects in the Project Performance Dashboard?

what Role does he need to have?

and what setup we need to do?

There are now two dashboards that are designed for Project Managers.  The most current (and the one we want our customers to use) was made available in Release 11 and is called an Infolet dashboard.  This is access from the 'Dots' on the users home page.  Access to this dashboard can be granted to other users that are assigned directly to the Project based on the access that is granted by the Enterprise Role assigned to the Project role.  The simplest thing to do would be to create a new Project Role and just assign the Project Manager Enterprise role.

The Project Performance Dashboard is still available, but as I mentioned earlier there is a limitation on access, only the one Project Manager assigned to the Project can access it currently.

The Project Performance Dashboard is currently limited to the single user that is assigned to the project with the 'Project Manager' Project Role.

There is an Enhancement Request to open this up for other users that is currently being discussed.

This limitation is not present for the Project Manager Infolets dashboard.  You can define a customer Enterprise Role (with same/similar access as Project Manager), assign it to a new Project Role, and then anyone assigned to the Project with that role can view those Projects in the Infolets dashboard.

The other alternative would be to utilize OTBI to create a PMO specific dashboard.  You could then utilize the Project Administrator role and assign access to projects by Business Unit.

      Thank you, Dustin,

So there is no way for the PMO director to see all the projects in the dashboard (any dashboard)?

what if we add him as a project member in all the project, can he see the projects now in his dashboard?
