How to use attributes from HR record in procurement document approvals

There is one employee who is part of the approval hierarchy (could be employee-supervisory OR position hierarchy). We want to include a criteria that only if the employee has done certain mandatory HR training such as expense training the employee should be allowed to participate in approvals.

If I enable Descriptive flexfields (Additional information) as part of the person record for each employee (Training completed - Yes/No).Can I use this attribute (maintained in HR record) in my requisition/PO/Invoice approval rules?

This training information can only be kept on employee HR records as this is specific to the HR / learning team.

      Hi,

To my best knowledge, we can use the DFF attribute in the approval rule but the value of DFF attribute cannot be dynamic.

Could you please log an idea in idea labs?

      Thanks,

      Manav
