    Hi

I have "ERP Object Descriptive Flexfield Update Service" Web Service in ERP Cloud, and I use it in Oracle Integration Cloud process

When I execute web service with SOAP UI with invoice CO_0000_0005, I have response with value "1", and I see the updated DFF.

However, when I execute web service with invoice CO_0000_0017, I have I have response with value "'0", and I do not see values in the DFF.

I upload XML with invoices information from datamodel, and payloads with their responses.

    Thanks.

    Cristian.

    Hi

This is a issue, and it will be resolved in Release 13 20A

Bug 30247623 [https://bug.oraclecorp.com/pls/bug/webbug_edit.edit_info_top?rptno=30247623] - UNABLE TO UPDATE PAYABLE INVOICE LINE BY WEBSERVICE ERP OBJECT DFF UPDATE SERVICE

Bug 30247623 - UNABLE TO UPDATE PAYABLE INVOICE LINE BY WEBSERVICE ERP OBJECT DFF UPDATE SERVICE

    Like Workaround, Oracle Supoort suggests:

I believe this issue is due to a known bug where users are unable to update Payables invoice lines using webservice ErpObjectDFFUpdateService.
I can see the sample invoice facing this issue, ID 33001, was imported using distribution code combination. Is this true for the other two invoices facing issue?

If so, development has already completed the fix for this bug which will be included in release 20A. But they have provided workaround to prevent this issue from being a problem until then:

Use Distribution Set instead of Distribution Code Combination while importing lines.

    Thanks.

    Cristian.
