      Hi ERP Team,

I have a customer who recently purchased Clour ERP license and is preparing to start the implementation soon. They are keen to check if they can be upgraded on the first lot so that the implementation can start after the upgrade. Thanks

In this cloud release(Rel 11)  I saw that the custom formulas are introduced in subledger accounting. Are they similar to what was available in R12 EBS or are they different?

      • Ayse Aba

        Hi Jyoti,

They are similar in the sense that they allow you to perform operations on readily available subledger data for use in accounting.  You will be able to perform mostly arithmetical, logical, and date functions to derive values during accounting.

They are different from EBS custom sources in that formulas do not support custom code or custom data to be brought into the application.

        Hope this helps.

        Hi Kim,

For Release 11, the iphone expenses app will support automatic mileage tracking. The android expenses app will support submission of expenses with corporate card transactions (this was already available on the iphone app).

You can get more information about the update to the mobile expenses app from the Whats New guide, which is posted here:

        With regards, Zoë
