    got error message "Your account has been disabled due to either tenant/user disable operation." when trying to login to OCI

    Hi team,

    I am a new user to Oracle Cloud. Last month I signed up to use the OCI trial.

    My free trial ended a weeks ago. When I tried to login the system, I find out that my account got disabled. How can I fix this problem?

      Hello,

      I would suggest to go to the https://www.oracle.com/cloud/ page and click the red [...] button at the bottom right of the screen, and then select "cloud support chat".

      They will be able to rapidly steer you into the right direction.

        Hi, sorry for the replying so late.

        In the recent two weeks I had been working on a SR with your colleague, but it ended up with asking me to post here.

        So I tried the  "online cloud support chat" and raising SRs, nothing helps. Could you please tell me how to fix this situation?
