    Client requires that actual employee cost (Salary & Benefits) be posted to cloud project financials for purpose of billing actuals to sponsor of a grant. Sponsor will not allow standard costing and or allocations for employee salary and benefit costs amounts to be billed. Is there a delivered solution that addresses this requirement?
