    Hello Oracle Cloud User,

    In response to feedback regarding Enable Offerings, we are providing you with a new video and reference materials to help you complete the required steps

    Background Information

    Beginning with Release 13, the icons available on the home page for your users as well as their navigator selections, are controlled by the offerings you've enabled.

    If you haven't enabled offerings prior to your Release 13 upgrade, the icons and navigator won't reflect the correct setup for your users.

    Note, there is no other impact on functionality.
