How-To: Copy the Award Administrator Dashboard in Reporting & Analytics
    Summary:
If you a looking to use and / or enhance the Award Administrator Dashboard in your OTBI environment, this post should help. It can also be a reference for copying and extending any seeded dashboard.
    Content:

The Award Administrator dashboard released in version 18c, provides an overview of the financial and administrative information needed to administer one or more grants and projects.  The dashboard includes a useful set of reporting and analytics objects that can be copied and modified to meet individual requirements.  The following are instructions for copying this dashboard to extend and are applicable to any Reporting and Analytics out-of-the-box (OOTB) object.

    Version:
    18C

LOVE this dashboard. There are a few things we are hoping to modify and then roll out to campus!

I've started customizing this dashboard and I'm having a problem with the Overspent results. It is zero and I have confirmed there are many. I believe the issue is that it is comparing the aggregate amounts instead of by individual Asset ID. However, I'm struggling to fix the issue. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Meredith - i will look at this tomorrow.  In the mean time, please confirm 2 items below:

      1. Setup Currency for Analytics has been completed - Setting Up Currency

      2. Does the out-of-the-box (OOB) Overspent show results or not.

      Thanks

Thanks for posting your results.  I will compare your changes to the out-of-the-box (OOB) report and log a bug to get the OOB fixed.
