A list of available web services in Procurement Cloud can be found at

      Webservices

      http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/procurementcs_gs/OESWP/serviceReferenceOverview.htm#serviceReferenceOverview

      File based imports

      http://docs.oracle.com/cloud/latest/procurementcs_gs/OEFBP/FBDIOverview.htm#FBDIOverview

Integration can be done using your own middleware (SOA Suite, Mulesoft) which can be on premise or indeed you use middleware in the cloud like ICS. Advantage of ICS is that some adapters are already available on ICS, but I don't think between EBS and Cloud offerings, more Saas to Saas.

      Ram,

I think you can explore (Restful, SOAP)webservices and file based uploads but there are things to be noted

      1. Need to check if PIM is offered in shared mode or the client needs to license it since item master needs to be maintained in PIM.

      2. I do not think web services are exhaustive enough to deploy procurement cloud as a standalone, and even ICS does not have that maturity as far as know, but Oracle is surely working on it and we may see it coming up in later releases

      3. Middleware like SOA, Justransform, Mulesoft etc may be explored but I would suggest to have your own integration framework developed in SOA

      Thanks,
      Santhosh
