    Title:
    Rest API - Get activity (using c#)
    Content:

    Hello,

    I'm trying to connect Rest API to use "get activity", but the response is always "The underlying connection was closed". I already tried with "SecurityProtocolType", "ContentLength=0", "KeepAlive=false", ...

    I already tested in Postman with success.

    Thank you.

    Hi Haroldo,

    If you look up in the Knowledge base, you'd find out that TLS 1.2 is the only safe and supported Security Layer in OFSC, neither SSL is supported. For more info please have a look at https://cx.rightnow.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/8226

      Hi,

      I discovered the cause, it is necessary the code bellow:

      "ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = (SecurityProtocolType)3072;"

      The Rest API use TLS 1.2, but documentation doesn´t say.

      Tks

      Hi Dmitriy,

      It's true, I'd not found this information.

      Thanks a lot!
